NOTE:
All quotation documents must be submitted in sealed envelope(s) with the quotation reference number, description of item, date advertised and closing date, on the top right hand of the envelope. Suppliers must not include their company name on the envelope.
An administrative fee of BND5.00 (Non-refundable) for each quotation document is incurred and this must be paid at:
Jabatan Perkhidmatan Kewangan,
Tingkat 12, Politeknik Brunei,
Blok 2E, Kondominium Ong Sum Ping,
Negara Brunei Darussalam.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be informed that the payment counter of Finance Services Division, Politeknik Brunei will be CLOSED on Thursday, 31st December 2020. This is in conjunction with the 'Closing of Bank Accounts End of Year 2020'. Payment counter will resume operations on Monday, 4th January 2021.

Quotation documents must be put into the Tender Box at Block 2E, Ground Floor, Ong Sum Ping Condominium, Politeknik Brunei, Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam not later than 2.00 p.m. on the closing date.
